How To Order
You can order Andaman Jewelry online by filling in the form below. To order, simply choose your jewelry and fill in the code(s) of the product in the order-form with the other details as requested.
We can accept payment in a variety of ways. Firstly, you can pay by credit card using our secure payment gateway. After your order is received we will sent you the link to our secure payment gateway to process your order.
Another way we can accept payment is by bank transfer. If you choose this method, we will send you an invoice by email with bank and payment details. After receiving your payment we shall prepare your order.
We can also accept payment by PayPal.
Shipping & Returns
We endeavour to process orders as quickly as we can. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 - 7 days of payment receipt.
Orders over $200 Free Fedex Shipping
If your order is valued over $200 we will ship your jewelry for FREE! You will be given a tracking reference so that you can track your order delivery over the internet. Please allow 4 - 5 days for delivery after processing.
Orders under $200
You have 2 shipping options which will be displayed in the form.
Option 1 - Registered Air Mail
Orders are sent Air Mail Registered Post, which is ideal for smaller orders up to $150 and we include insurance up to this amount.
It is very secure and extremely good value, but takes longer than Option 2. This service usually takes 12 - 14 days.
It is registered which means that the parcel must be signed for on delivery and is very secure as it is signed for on all its stages on its route to you.
The service however, does Not have a tracking service like Fedex etc as it is an inexpensive but very secure service without the frills of the couriers.
Fixed charge for this service $4.90
Option 2 - Fedex Flat Rate
Recommended for all orders over $150 and where you prefer a quick delivery. 4 - 5 days for delivery after processing.
You will be given a tracking reference so that you can track your order delivery over the internet.
Fixed charge for this service $19.50 (including insurance and 15.5% Fedex Extra Fuel Charges)
Returning of Jewelry
We want you to be delighted with the jewelry you buy from us, and so if for any reason whatsoever you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us undamaged and in it's original condition (items of jewelry must remain unworn), within 15 days of purchase and we shall offer you a full refund (less shipping costs) or exchange, no questions asked.
All we ask is that you send an email informing us that you are returning the goods, and return them unused with a copy of the packing slip you received with the shipment. The jewelry should be returned by a similar method it was received i.e registered post, or international courier. All shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are returned due to them being damaged when you received them, or the wrong goods were sent.
We will then issue a full refund once the goods are received, less our original shipping charges.
